FAQs

Customers shouldn't cancel an existing voice or BI line with the intention of replacing it with a newly activated voice or BI line to take advantage of this promo, even if the cancellation happens after the new voice or BI line activation.

Customers should never be told to cancel lines, before or after a promotion, in an effort to qualify or justify a promotion. If customers do not need additional lines, explore other promotions or discuss device price points. Driving CHURN to close sales is not the right thing to do.
