Targeted customers active as of November 15, 2023, and on eligible rate plans, who also have at least 2 paid voice lines and no more than one free or discounted line on their account, can get a free voice line (via monthly bill credits) when they activate 1 new voice line on a qualifying plan.
Customers shouldn't cancel an existing voice line with the intention of replacing it with a newly activated voice line to take advantage of this promo, even if the cancellation happens after the new voice line activation.
Customers should never be told to cancel lines, before or after a promotion, in an effort to qualify or justify a promotion. If a customer does not need additional lines, explore other promotions, or discuss device price points. Driving CHURN to close sales is not the right thing to do.
