    New customer: To get this offer, you must activate at least 3 new Voice lines of service on a qualified T-Mobile ONE Family plan during the promotional period.
    Existing customer: To get this offer, you must have single Voice line account and activate at least 2 new Voice lines of service on a qualified T-Mobile ONE Family plan during the promotional period.
    Your credits should begin within your first bill cycle after activation, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 bill cycles to begin. If you don't see a credit on your first bill, don't worry. You'll see a double credit on your second bill.
    You will receive a text message within 24 hours of qualification confirming your enrollment into the promotion.
    You will lose the free line credits if you cancel ANY lines on the account within one year after accepting this offer. After one year, you must keep at least 1 paid Voice line along with the paid Add a line and free line activated under this offer to keep the free line credits.
    If you cancel a line or change to an ineligible rate plan and lose your free line credits, you have 90 days to resume the canceled line or switch back to an eligible rate plan. You will not receive any credits that were missed.
    If you migrate to Magenta, Magenta MAX, or T-Mobile For Business 13+ rate plans after the promo period, you will be allowed to keep your free line.
  4. Processing the required activations/AALs and start any port-in requests.
    T-Mobile for Business: Orders must be placed within the promo period, and DocuSign must be created and completed within the promo period to qualify.

Keeping the free line credit

  • Customers must keep their account in good standing (not delinquent) with the lines active to receive the free line credits.
    • For one year after accepting this offer, customers will lose the free line credits if they cancel any lines that were on the account when they enrolled in the offer. Exception: No Install cancellations
    • After one year, they can cancel lines but they must keep at least 1 paid voice line AND the paid AAL line and free line activated under this offer to keep the credits.
  • If a customer loses the free line credits because of a line cancellation or a change to an ineligible plan, they can resume the canceled lines or change to a qualifying plan within 90 days to get the credits back.
  • If the account is suspended for non-payment, the free line credits will stop. Once the account is restored, the free line credits will resume.
  • After the promotional period ends, customers can add additional lines to their account and keep their free line.
  • Customers will not receive the free line credits they may have missed when canceled, suspended, or on an ineligible plan.
  • Mobile number changes and port-ins don't impact the free line credits.

  • You can only see the free line credits in Samson on the Discount screen (Actions > BAN Discount or Page Options > Subscriber Discount). Customers can only see their free line credits on their bill.
  • The free line credits display on the bill as Fall 18 Add 1 Get 1 Line / Line Discount ID180002. The discount codes for this offer are 183LFB, 183LFBA, and 183LF.
  • On August 24, 2023, the bill name was updated to Line Discount ID180002.
