You'll receive the offer value as monthly credits on each eligible SyncUP TRACKER line. Your credits should begin within your first bill cycle after activation, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 bill cycles to begin. If you don't see a credit on your first bill, don't worry. You'll see a double credit on your second bill.
If you cancel a SyncUP TRACKER line or change to an ineligible rate plan and lose your credits, you have 90 days to resume the canceled line or switch back to an eligible rate plan. You will not receive any credits that were missed.
For the device portion of this promo: Your promotional credits will be paid out for the full term of the EIP with no means to speed up their payout. Additionally, you must maintain the line of service and the EIP tied to the promotion to receive the full value of the promo. If either is closed or canceled, the monthly credits will stop.
For the device portion of this promo: If you have a larger down payment, you may see a second bill credit with the same description on your bill. We apply this second bill credit to make up the difference for your higher out of pocket expense when your required down payment is greater than the offer value.
2. Confirm customer is on, or changing to, a qualifying rate plan from the list above.
3. Help customers place their device orders on EIP with required new line activation(s).
- Important: The new device EIP must be associated with the new activation.
- For ship-to orders, verify the correct email address is entered and remind customers they MUST sign their EIP agreement within 48 hours, or their order will be canceled.
Retail: Do NOT call the RSL to request Temp Double of the customer’s available ECL to make the customer eligible for the promo . These requests will be denied. Review Store issue resolution and support before engaging RSL for additional support.
