Payout

Automatic enrollment in monthly bill credits for the line with the lowest MRC activated during the promo period, up to $50 without AutoPay ($45 with Autopay).

  • The free line bill credits start within 2 bill cycles from activation.
  • Customers keep the credit for as long as they meet the promo requirements.
  • Credit applies to the voice line charge only. Chargeable add-ons greater than $0 will be the customer’s responsibility to pay.
To keep this free line credit
  • For one year after this offer's April 20, 2023 announce date, customers must maintain the same number of voice (GSM) lines that were active on the account as of that date, plus the newly-activated lines, which includes the free line. Example: An account that had 2 active voices line on April 20, 2023, and activates 2 new voice lines to get the 2nd new line free, must maintain all 4 voice lines for 1 full year (until April 20, 2024).
  • After one year (April 20, 2024), customers must keep at least 1 paid voice line AND one of the lines added as part of this promotion (one paid line and the new free line) to continue to receive the credit.
  • No Install cancellations for voice lines will not impact the free line credits.

Review & take action

  1. Go over the offer details and these advisements with your customer so they understand what to do to get and keep this offer:

    Your credits should begin within your first bill cycle after activation, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 bill cycles to begin. If you don't see a credit on your first bill, don't worry. You'll see a double credit on your second bill.

    You will lose the free line credits if you cancel ANY voice lines on the account within one year including the new free line. After one year, you must keep at least 1 paid voice line along with 1 of new lines activated under this offer to keep the free line credits.

    If you cancel a voice line or change to an ineligible rate plan and lose your free line credits, you have 90 days to resume the canceled line or switch back to an eligible rate plan. You will not receive any credits that were missed.

  2. Confirm customer is on or changing to a qualifying rate plan.
  3. Help customers place their new line activation.

  • This offer is for a limited time only and subject to change and should be communicated to customers in this way.
  • A rate plan change to a qualifying Go5G Next rate plan will maintain this promo.
