    Automatic enrollment in monthly bill credits for the line with the lowest MRC activated during the promo period, up to $50 without AutoPay ($45 with Autopay).

    • The free line bill credits start within 2 bill cycles from activation.
    • Customers keep the credit for as long as they meet the promo requirements.
    • Credit applies to the voice line charge only. Chargeable add-ons greater than $0 will be the customer’s responsibility to pay.
    To keep this free line credit
    • For one year after this offer's announce date (June 28, 2023), customers must maintain the same number of voice (GSM) lines that were active on the account as of that date, plus the newly-activated lines, which includes the free line. 
      Example: An account that had 2 active voice lines on June 30, 2023, and activates 2 new voice lines to get the 2nd new line free, must maintain all 4 voice lines for 1 full year (until June 30, 2024).
    • After one year customers must keep at least 1 paid voice line AND the lines added as part of this promotion to continue to receive the credit.
    • No Install cancellations for voice lines will not impact the free line credits.

    Review & take action

    1. Go over the offer details and these advisements with your customer so they understand what to do to get and keep this offer:

      Your credits should begin within your first bill cycle after activation, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 bill cycles to begin. If you don't see a credit on your first bill, don't worry. You'll see a double credit on your second bill.

      You will lose the free line credits if you cancel ANY voice lines on the account within one year including the new free line. After one year, you must keep at least 1 paid voice line along with the new lines activated under this offer to keep the free line credits.

      If you cancel a voice line or change to an ineligible rate plan and lose your free line credits, you have 90 days to resume the canceled line or switch back to an eligible rate plan. You will not receive any credits that were missed.

    2. Confirm customer is on or changing to a qualifying rate plan.
    3. Help customers place their new line activation.

     

    T-Mobile of Business: Digital Checkout mustbe created and accepted within the promo period to qualify.

    FAQs

    Customers who are looking for a deal on a pair of new voice lines for their existing account. Activate 2 new voice lines on an eligible voice plan and get the 2nd one for free!

    Since this offer requires a new voice line activation, customers shouldn't cancel an existing voice line with the intention of replacing it with a newly activated voice line to take advantage of this offer, even if the cancellation happens after the new voice line activation.

    Customers should never be told to cancel lines, before or after a promotion, in an effort to qualify or justify a promotion. If a customer does not need additional lines, explore other promotions or discuss device price points. Driving CHURN to close sales is not the right thing to do.

    Unfortunately, lines migrated from Sprint do not count towards the new line activation requirement, so customers can not receive this promotion on the migrated line. After migrating to the T-Mobile biller, these customers may add additional new lines to become eligible for this promotion.
