Home and Small Business Internet customers can get service for just $30 (after $20 monthly discount and $5 AutoPay credit) and the added benefit of Price Lock Guarantee when they have or activate a new Home or Small Business Internet line on an eligible rate plan and have or activate a voice line on an eligible Go5G Plus/Next, Magenta MAX, or Business Unlimited Ultimate rate plan.

Note: Lines active prior to February 10, 2023, are eligible to participate. You must ensure both the HSI line and the Voice Line are on eligible rate plans.

PayoutAutomatic enrollment in monthly bill credits will begin within 2 bill cycles from eligible rate plan activation and will apply at the subscriber level for the HSI line with qualifying rate plan activated within the promo period.

Review & take action

  1. Go over the offer details and these advisements with your customer so they understand what to do to get and keep this offer:


     Have or activate at least 1 unlimited Home or Small Business Internet line on a qualifying rate plan.

     Have or activate at least 1 paid voice line on a qualifying rate plan.

     Your required paid voice line and Home or Small Business Internet line must remain active to continue receiving bill credits.

     Your credits should begin within your first bill cycle after qualification, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 bill cycles to begin.

  2. Verify coverage at the Primary Place of Usage (PPU) address to ensure the customer lives or works in a serviceable area.
  3. Confirm customer has at least 1 voice line that is on or is changing to a qualifying voice rate plan from the list above and that they have an HSI line on a qualifying plan from the HSI rate plans listed above, or help customers place their order(s) with required Voice line and/or HSI line. The offer pricing may not appear in cart but will apply within standard enrollment timeframe. 
    Important: If equipment is being ordered on EIP, verify the correct email address is captured and remind customers they MUST sign their EIP agreement within 48 hours, or their order will be canceled.
  4. Provide order number, expected shipping timeline, and self-help expectations. Let customers know that they can check the status of their Home Internet order by visiting www.t-mobile.com/order-status .

Enrollment denial issue

We've identified an issue where customers may have been incorrectly denied this offer because they are also enrolled in Targeted HSI-only Customers: Get $20 Off HSI and 20% Off Service "2022 T-Mobile Insider P14".

We will enroll impacted customers in 2023 HINT P3 to correct the issue and apply any missed credits.

Please do not issue adjustments. No escalations needed for this issue.

Reminders

  • Customers can find 2023 HINT P3 on their bill statement.
  • This offer's discount plan name is 23HINTP3, plan description is 2023 HINT P3, and adjustment code for this offer is HIP6.
  • You can see the credits in the Frontline Promo Dashboard and in Samson on the Discount screen.
  • When HSI line is added to an existing account, discount will appear at the subscriber level. 
  • This offer is for a limited time only and subject to change and should be communicated to customers in this way.
  • If HSI service is canceled, the Gateway provided must be returned within 45 days or a non-return fee of up to $370 will apply.

Customers do not need to cancel their existing line to get this promotion! If you already have Home or Small Business Internet service and a qualifying voice line, simply change your Internet to an eligible plan.

Yes! Voice lines migrated from Sprint can be eligible for this promotion.

No. As long as the TFB customer is already enrolled in the promotion BEFORE adding the additional lines their account, the account will continue to receive this promotion on the lines already enrolled.

Yes! As long as their account qualifies for an additional HSI line (address must be validated again, or be using a new validated address), customers can have the $30 MAX offer (2022 HINT P18) on one line and this $20 off promotion on the other line.

Existing HSI customers qualify for this promo as long as they meet all promo requirements within the promo window, including having or switching to the latest HSI rate plan.
