If customer cancelled an HSI line in the 90 days prior to the start of the offer on 12/8:

  • Do not resume the old line
  • Revalidate the address for Unlimited eligibility.  If they are still showing as eligible for Unlimited, activate a NEW HSI Line on qualifying rate plan to prompt system enrollment to this offer.

A new or existing voice line with SOC Group #75 - Voice Rate Plans (with some exclusions) is required. 

Exclusion: $0 rate plans that are listed within SOC Group #75 are not eligible for this offer. 

Review & take action

  1. Go over these details with your customer so they understand what to do in order to get and keep this offer:

     

    To receive this offer, you'll need to:

    • Have a serviceable address
    • Have an existing voice line or add a new voice line on a qualifying rate plan
    • Activate a new Home or Small Business Internet line on a qualifying rate plan.

    Your credits should begin within your first bill cycle after activation, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 bill cycles to begin. If you don't see a credit on your first bill, don't worry. You'll see a double credit on your second bill.

    To keep this offer, the voice line and the new Home or Small Business Internet HSI line must remain active and on eligible rate plans.

  2. Verify coverage at the Primary Place of Usage (PPU) address to ensure the customer lives or works in a serviceable area.
  3. Confirm customer is on or changing to a qualifying voice rate plan from SOC Group #75 - Voice Rate Plans (with some exclusions)
  4. Help customers place their order(s) with required Home or Small Business Internet HSI line. The offer pricing may not appear in cart but will apply within standard enrollment timeframe.
    Important: Verify the correct email address is captured and remind customers they MUST sign their EIP agreement within 48 hours, or their order will be canceled.
  5. Provide order number, expected shipping timeline and self-help expectations. Let customers know that they can check the status of their Home Internet order by visiting: www.t-mobile.com/order-status.

Reminders

  • Customer who activated a HSI line between November 25, 2022 and December 7, 2022 meets the requirements for this offer are eligible but must be manual enrolled. Please engage your leader to process the manual enrollment. Note: This offer is expired and no longer available. Any escalations on or before January 18, 2023 only will be honored (manually enrolled) into the promotion if activated between 11/25/22 and 12/7/22.  
  • Customers self-serving in our digital channels will not see this offer ‘in cart’ but instead will see 2022 HINT P18. This is by design and eligible customers will be enrolled to correct offer after activation.
  • The code is found on the customer's bill and www.t-mobile.com/content/t-mobile/consumer/offers/promotionaloffers-2022.html.
  • This offer's discount plan name is 22HINTP22, plan description is 2022 HINT P22 and adjustment code for this offer is HIP5.

  • When HSI line is added to an existing account, discount will appear at the subscriber level.

FAQs

Yes! Customers with lines migrated from Sprint may participate in this promotion as long as the customer meets all the other requirements for the promo.

No. As long as the TFB customer is already enrolled in the promotion BEFORE adding the additional lines their account, the account will continue to receive this promotion on the lines already enrolled.

Existing HSI customers qualify for this promo as long as they meet all promo requirements within the promo window. Remember, a customer with an existing HSI line needs a validated service address to qualify for an additional HSI line. The first validation does not guarantee a 2nd line at the same location.
