To keep this free line credit
  • For one year after the offer's announce date (December 14, 2022), customers must maintain the same number of voice (GSM) lines that were active on the account as of that date, plus the newly-activated lines.
    Example: An account with 3 active voice lines on (December 14, 2022), must activate 1 new voice lines to enroll. They must then maintain all 4 voice lines for 1 full year after (December 14, 2022).
  • After one year, customers must keep at least 2 paid voice lines AND the free new line that was activated to enroll in this offer to continue to receive the credit.
  • No Install cancellations for voice lines do not impact the free line credits.

  • T-Mobile for Business 13+ voice line accounts 
  • T-Mobile for Business (Enterprise, Government, Partner Solutions)
  • Prepaid accounts
  • NCC / SCNC accounts
  • Lifeline accounts
  • Contractor / Dealer accounts

Payout

Automatic enrollment in monthly bill credits for the line with the lowest MRC activated during the promo period, up to $50.

  • The promo bill credits start within 2 bill cycles from activation.
  • Customers keep the credit for as long as they meet the promo requirements.
  • Credit applies to the voice line charge only. Chargeable add-ons greater than $0 will be the customer’s responsibility to pay.

  • Customers can find the Promo code and Bill name and their free line credits on their bill statement.
  • You can see the free line credits in the Frontline Promo Dashboard and Samson on the Discount screen (Actions > BAN Discount or Page Options > Subscriber Discount).
  • The free line credits discount codes for this offer are 22Q44F, 22Q44P, and 22Q44S.
  • On August 24, 2024, the bill name was updated to Line Discount ID220005.
  • This offer is for a limited time only and subject to change and should be communicated to customers in this way.
