Existing customer: To get this offer, you must have at least 2 paid voice lines and activate at least 1 new voice line on a qualifying rate plan during the promotional period.Existing customers with single voice line accounts: To get this offer, you must keep your paid voice line and activate at least 2 new voice line on a qualifying rate plan during the promotional period
New customers: To get this offer, you must activate at least 3 new voice lines of service on a qualifying rate plan during the promotional period.
Your credits should begin within your first bill cycle after activation, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 bill cycles to begin. If you don't see a credit on your first bill, don't worry. You'll see a double credit on your second bill.
Consumer only: You will receive a text message within 24 hours of qualification confirming your enrollment into the promotion.
You will lose the free line credits if you cancel ANY voice lines on the account within one year. After one year, you must keep at least 2 paid voice line along with the new free voice line activated under this offer to keep the free line credits.
If you cancel a voice line or change to an ineligible rate plan and lose your free line credits, you have 90 days to resume the canceled line or switch back to an eligible rate plan. You will not receive any credits that were missed.

T-Mobile for Business: Orders must be placed within the promo period, and Digital Checkout must be created and accepted within the promo period to qualify.

- Customers should never be told to cancel lines, before or after a promotion, to qualify for or justify participation in a promotion. If a customer does not need additional lines, explore other promotions, or discuss device price points. Driving CHURN to close sales is not the right thing to do.
- You can see the free line credits in FDP from Atlas, QuikView, and Samson on the Discount screen (Actions > BAN Discount or Page Options > Subscriber Discount). Customers can only see their free line credits on their bill.
- The free line credits display on the bill as 2021 Line On Us 6 / Line Discount ID210004. The discount codes for this offer are 21Q14S, 21Q14P, and 21Q14F.
- On August 24, 2023, the bill name was updated to Line Discount ID210004.
- We’re marketing this offer as “Get a free voice line" and "Get a free voice line with qualifying plan".
- Customers are responsible for all taxes and fees on free lines, if applicable.
- Rate plan changes from plans listed here as eligible to newer versions (e.g., from Magenta Plus to Magenta MAX) do not typically impact enrollment. To confirm, check the specific rate plan page in Magenta Pulse for any limitations.

- A rate plan change to a qualifying Go5G Next rate plan will maintain this promo.
