New customers can get a voice line on us with the Magenta "2020 3rd Line On Us 3" or 3rd Voice Line Free Essentials "2020 Essentials Line on Us 4" offers. Customers who activate a new account during the overlapping promo period (December 20-31) are considered new customers for the duration of this offer's availability in market.
- The following lines/line types do not qualify:
- MI, Wearable, DIGITS, LineLink, Nest, and SyncUP lines
- Lines added to the account via Change of Responsibility (COR) or BAN-to-BAN moves
- Lines converted from NCC/SCNC to normal Postpaid
- Lines resumed from cancellation
- Lines with $0 MRC
- Future-dated activations, Ship-to activations, and T-Mobile for Business orders placed during the promo period qualify.
- Since this offer requires a new voice line activation, customers shouldn't cancel an existing voice line with the intention of replacing it with a newly activated voice line to take advantage of this offer, even if the cancellation happens after the new voice line activation.
- If customer canceled a voice line within the past 90 days (excluding CORs and No Installs), they are not eligible for this promotion.
