To get two additional lines for free, you must:
- Have a T-Mobile ONE (tax exclusive), Simple Choice, and qualified Select Choice plan
- Paid for at least two voice lines of service
- Activate your new lines between November 18 - November 22
Once you qualify for this promo, you'll see bill credits for your new free additional lines being within two bill cycles of activation.
Please be aware that you can lose this promotional credit for free lines if you:
- Change to a T-Mobile ONE tax inclusive plan
- Cancel any lines that were on your account when you opted into this promotion. (You can cancel lines activated after November 22, 2016 and still receive your discount.)
- Cancel the lines receiving the promotional credit. (You'll have 30 days to resume the lines to get your credit again.)
- If a customer migrates to consumer Magenta, Magenta MAX, or Business Unlimited Ultimate or Advanced rate plans after the promo period, they will be allowed to keep their free line.
- This excludes segmented plans such as 55+, First Responder and Military plans, as well as, Business versions of Magenta and Magenta MAX plans.
